We are a Western and Mediterranean-themed restaurant looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service

  • Supervise staff on shift and support frontline service where required

  • Handle cashiering, POS operations, and daily financial reconciliation

  • Maintain strong customer relations through effective communication and service recovery

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards, especially for Western cuisine

  • Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

Requirements

  • Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant operations preferred

  • Good knowledge of Western cuisine is an advantage

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently

  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required

Working Hours

  • 44 hours per week, rotating shifts
