Job Description

Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring cleanliness, service quality, order accuracy, and promotional efforts
Laising with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
Supports the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality
Managing staff, controlling inventory and costs, and enforcing health and safety regulations
Supervise all restaurant activities, from opening to closing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often required.
