Join our vibrant and diverse team at C LA VI Singapore, one of the city's most iconic destinations. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager on a 3-month temporary contract to support operations in our newly refurbished, stunning rooftop restaurant.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and support a multicultural team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Uphold service standards and ensure seamless coordination across the floor.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery when required.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain operational excellence during the reopening phase.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to commit to a 3-month contract (with immediate start preferred).
