Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, ensure stock quality and compliance, oversee equipment functionality, and support business growth through training and operational duties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time crew members to achieve operational goals
- Train and develop new hires in kitchen, counter, and dining operations to support business growth
- Conduct stock checks and place orders while verifying delivery items meet quality specifications and ensuring proper stock storage
- Manage sales transactions and cash float during shifts, adhering strictly to Finance and Operations Department cash-handling policies
- Deliver service excellence by resolving customer complaints, performing service recovery, and recognizing staff based on customer feedback
- Monitor all restaurant equipment functionality and perform simple repairs proactively to maintain smooth operations
- Execute additional operational duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager
