Assistant Relationship Manager (Wealth)

We are partnering with an established Swiss Private Bank on an Assistant Relationship Manager hire within its Singapore Private Banking team.

This is a front-line client servicing role supporting experienced Relationship Managers and their HNW/UHNW client portfolios, with significant exposure to clients, investment activities and the broader wealth management platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Relationship Managers in managing and servicing HNW/UHNW client relationships
• Act as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day banking, investment and administrative matters
• Facilitate trade and transaction instructions across multiple asset classes
• Manage account opening, onboarding, KYC/AML documentation and periodic reviews
• Coordinate with Investment Advisory, Product, Credit, Compliance and Operations teams
• Support credit, lending and investment-related documentation and execution
• Prepare portfolio information and materials for client meetings and reviews
• Proactively manage client requests, transaction follow-ups and operational matters
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of relevant Private Banking / Wealth Management experience
• Currently operating as an Assistant Relationship Manager, Client Service Executive or equivalent
• Strong understanding of private banking products, trade execution and client servicing processes
• Experienced in supporting sophisticated HNW/UHNW client portfolios
• Sound knowledge of KYC/AML and private banking regulatory requirements
• High level of attention to detail, responsiveness and discretion
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging both clients and senior bankers
