Role Description The Assistant Relationship Manager – Wealth Associate Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position supports senior relationship managers in delivering wealth management solutions, including coordinating investment, tax, and estate planning services for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing client proposals and reports, assisting with account opening and documentation, monitoring client portfolios, and responding to client inquiries. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and regulations, and helping ensure a smooth client experience across jurisdictions. The Assistant Relationship Manager also contributes to business development activities by preparing materials for client meetings and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional, responsive support to high-net-worth and international clients.
- Solid understanding of wealth management concepts, including investment products, asset allocation, estate planning basics, and insurance solutions.
- Experience with financial analysis, preparation of client reports, and portfolio monitoring using relevant tools and systems.
- Competence in administrative and operational tasks such as account opening, documentation, compliance checks, and coordination with back-office teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, CAIA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory environment and cross-border wealth management practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus for supporting regional clients.
