Assistant Relationship Manager ( Private Banking)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing daily inquiries, transactions, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in the preparation of client portfolio reviews, performance reports, and presentation materials for meetings. Facilitate the account opening process and manage KYC/CDD documentation along with periodic reviews. Provide support to Relationship Managers in client meeting preparations by conducting research, setting agendas, and identifying follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. CACS certification is preferred. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the private banking sector. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
