Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Support RMs in all aspects of client service and administrative support.
  • Work closely with private bankers and clients to ensure operational and compliance tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure proper and timely of the account opening documents and compliance with AML requirements
  • Resolve and respond client issues and requests
  • Execute client orders in Avaloq system
  • Make travel arrangements, schedule appointments and prepare decks for the RM
  • Assist private banking clients with requests such as account maintenance, balance inquiries, transfers and wires

Requirements:
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Relevant work experience in client servicing roles in Private Banking environment
  • Strong investment products knowledge within Private Banking space
  • Posses CACS Paper 1 and 2, CMFAS M1B, 6, 6A
