Assistant Relationship Manager – North Asia (Senior Associate/Associate Director)

Our client, a Global Private bank, is seeking a dynamic and successful Assistant Relationship Manager to join them, covering the North Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to Relationship Manager in managing client relationships.
• Oversee critical operational tasks including account opening/maintenance, trading, transfers, and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring that client instructions are executed promptly and accurately.
• Assist Relationship Managers with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a relevant specialization in the fields of Finance
• At least 7 years of prior experience in a similar function within Private Banking
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to liaise fluently in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory for clients communication
• Possesses CACS 1 and 2 qualifications
