About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support the growth of our FX and treasury solutions business. This role will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to manage client relationships, execute FX transactions, and deliver seamless service to corporate and institutional clients.

You will gain exposure across FX products, client servicing, and cross-border payment solutions within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Support

  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation and KYC coordination

FX Trade Execution & Support

  • Coordinate and execute FX transactions (spot, forwards, swaps) under guidance of senior RMs
  • Monitor market movements and assist in providing indicative pricing to clients
  • Ensure accurate trade booking, confirmation, and settlement follow-through

Sales & Business Development

  • Support preparation of client proposals, pricing sheets, and pitch materials
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across FX, payments, and digital asset solutions
  • Assist in pipeline tracking and reporting

Operational & Compliance Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in FX, treasury, payments, or banking environment
  • Basic understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate FX or treasury clients
  • Familiarity with payment rails and cross-border transactions
  • Exposure to fintech, digital assets, or Web3 environment is a plus
