Job Description

Our client is an international PB dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. As part of the expansion, they are now adding an additional Assistant Relationship Manager to join the team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing client portfolios by providing comprehensive support and exceptional service.
  • Address client needs and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the account opening process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in client service in private banks
  • CACS Paper 1&2
  • Familiar with wealth management products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English
