About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager in Client Operations to support our sales and client management team. This role serves as a key bridge between prospective investors, existing clients and Account Managers, ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing account servicing.

The incumbent will play an important role in supporting accredited investor onboarding, client reviews, corporate account onboarding, client administration and sales support activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, operational excellence, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for: individual and corporate accredited investors, trust and institutional accounts.
  • Coordinate collection and review of documents including ownership structures and authorized signatory information.
  • Coordinate Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and account opening documentations.
  • Liaise with clients to collect and verify onboarding documents and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Track onboarding progress and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Work closely with compliance, legal and operations teams to facilitate account approvals.

Client Relationship Support

  • Support Account Managers in servicing existing clients.
  • Conduct periodic client outreach for account reviews, profile updates and ongoing engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to client administrative queries and coordinate resolutions with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain high standard of client experience throughout the client lifecycle.

Sales Support

  • Assist Account Managers with sales administration
  • Support preparation of investment materials, subscription documentation and client communications.
  • Track sales opportunities and client activities within Salesforce / CRM systems.
  • Generate reports and assist in monitoring sales funnel progression and conversion metrics.
  • Support marketing campaigns, client events, webinars and investor engagement initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client servicing processes.
  • Contribute to operational projects and CRM enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, banking, wealth management, financial services operations, or sales support.
  • Experience supporting accredited investor onboarding and account opening processes is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML and regulatory onboarding requirements is advantageous.
