Assistant Relationship Manager

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will support Senior Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and assisting in the development of customized wealth management strategies.

This role requires fluency in Mandarin as you will be engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and coordinating with regional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and daily portfolio activities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Assist in preparing client reviews, investment proposals, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
• Conduct market and client research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (investment, credit, legal, operations) to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related client-facing role.
• Mandarin language skills are mandatory – both written and spoken (native or professional proficiency).
• Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and wealth planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
