Responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship
Managers (RM)
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers
Respond to all client inquiries and instructions
Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
Working alongside RM to assist with queries from clients and serve their
business needs such as trade execution
Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers,
facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc
Attending to KYC/AML/CDD matters, periodic reviews, client onboarding,
opening and maintenance of accounts etc
Monitoring of transaction status, documentation, following through on
outstanding processes etc
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, trade operations, and sales support within financial institutions
Bachelor degree or diploma
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
Meticulous, strong attention to details
Proficiency in Chinese is a must as our clients are Chinese
