Assistant Relationship Manager / Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Corporate Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) in various tasks such as conducting know-your-customer (KYC), preparing financial spreadsheets, processing credit applications, preparing loan documents, creating marketing materials and report, and scheduling client meetings in coordination with the RMs.
• Conduct credit analysis, write credit papers and report
• Perform regular credit review
• Assist client's order, tracking and monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative and loan documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in exploring new business opportunities, i.e. onboarding new clients, attend business call, on-site visits, and tracking progress for any potential new business and/or existing client
• Prepare comprehensive periodic reports in accordance with internal and external regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), Financial / Credit Analyst in Corporate / Commercial Banking industry
