Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support Cash Business Development Team in their direct and indirect sales initiatives for the contribution of revenue
Provide pre and post sales service and support to the team
Handle general incoming enquiries from internal customers.
Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation reports for new customers/ prospect
Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
Assist to prepare various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistic report etc).
Perform general administration/logistic duties for the Sales Teams.
Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
Point of liaison and communication bridge between frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
1 - 2 years relevant banking experience
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Possess good interpersonal, communication and written skills
Knowledge of computer skills
