about the job

• Oversee the timely submission of periodic account and loan assessments. Ensure active post-disbursement tracking of all approved conditions and financial covenants.

• Identify and initiate waiver requests when deviations from established bank policies or approved credit terms occur.

• Cultivate and oversee a diverse customer portfolio while performing frequent credit evaluations to ensure the long-term health and stability of the loan book.

• Join Relationship Managers on regular client visits to stay informed on current business developments and explore new commercial opportunities.

• Execute transaction monitoring protocols by requesting and verifying necessary information or supporting documentation from clients to ensure transparency.

Skills and experience

• Diploma/Degree holder with approximately 5 years of work experience account opening, account review and KYC
