Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for piling works
• Assist in tender documentations and cost tabulation
• Conduct evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Take off quantities for tenders
• Respond promptly to general email inquiries for quotations
• Engage clients via phone calls to gather information and provide updates accordingly
• Undertake general administration duties, including weekly and monthly reports preparations
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity in the Construction Industry
• Entry level candidates may also be considered
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office
