Job Description

Job Description:

  • Source for suppliers
  • Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for ACMV services
  • Prepare & submit tender documents within assigned deadline
  • Pre & post project procurement
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, contractors
  • Report to QS Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work well with tight deadlines
  • Able to relate well with vendors
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in similar scope of work in ACMV is preferred
  • Able to read ACMV drawings
  • Knowledge in Quantity Surveying is a must
