Job Description:
- Manage the overall quality and safety of food products at the Central Kitchen
- Ensure all food products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and review quality and food safety policies
- Plan and oversee routine inspections and audits
- Maintain and continuously enhance existing quality control processes
- Investigate customer feedback and address quality-related issues
- Verify that all products are produced in accordance with established QA protocols
- Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and uphold product quality standards
- Ensure all operations comply with HACCP and AVA/NEA regulations
- Lead and manage all quality assurance activities
- Drive product and process improvement initiatives
- Support research and development (R&D), including product and process development and food evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science & Technology or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
