Overview of the role
The Assistant Quality Assurance will be responsible upholding our quality management standards in Hospital Industry.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in Cleanroom Cleaning activity and audit checks.
Assist in Linen Management and quality checks.
Maintain, organise, and manage QA documents, records, and databases, ensuring proper version control, approval, archiving, and easy retrieval, while supporting updates to policies, SOPs, and manuals
Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external audits and plan yearly audit to ensure all the staff are audited at least once a year
Compile the Inspection/Audit findings for monthly KPI reporting
Implement Quality Improvement project
Prepare agenda and take minutes for monthly meeting with customer
Participate in joint inspection with customer and ISO internal audit when required
Nominate Apple Award for deserving staff
Support Operations as and when needed
Perform Ad-hoc task assigned by Site Manager
Ensure compliance to law and regulations and customer requirements
Job Requirements
. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sustainability, or related fields.
. 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative or QA support experience
. Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
. Good communication skills, verbal and written and ability to coordinate across departments.
. Self-motivated, systematic, and able to meet deadlines.
