Job Purpose
Assist the QA/QC Manager in managing quality control and assurance activities, ensuring effective implementation of quality systems across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the QA/QC Manager in developing and maintaining the QMS.
- Oversee and monitor project quality activities, ensuring alignment with ITPs and quality plans.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and reporting with site teams and clients.
- Assist in managing NCRs and corrective action processes.
- Support quality audits and preparation of audit documentation.
- Mentor and guide QA/QC Engineers and Supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management.
- 7+ years of QA/QC experience in EPC/EPCM or construction, with some supervisory/leadership experience.
Core Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve quality issues efficiently.
