Procurement & Supplier Management
- Assist in planning and executing procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Request quotations, compare prices and terms, and support negotiations to secure the best value and delivery timelines.
- Monitor purchase orders (POs) for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tracking their performance, delivery quality, and service levels.
Order & Inventory Coordination
- Process purchase requests, issue POs, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely receipt.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and collaborate with production/warehouse teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Analysis & Process Improvement
- Consolidate and analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and supplier performance to support cost control and decision-making.
- Assist in developing or optimizing procurement processes, SOPs, and policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Project, and Production teams to ensure accurate communication and fulfilment of procurement requirements.
- Support invoice reconciliation, contract issues, and other procurement-related administrative tasks.
Other Duties
- Prepare procurement reports and updates for management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer or management related to procurement and supply chain operations.
