Assistant Promotions Executive (Events)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and campaigns for the department store and shopping mall.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising teams, suppliers, and external partners to conceptualize and deliver effective marketing initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end execution of promotions, ensuring timelines are met and coordinating with advertising teams on marketing materials and collateral.

• Source and secure promotional partners, sponsorships, and short-term retail (rental) opportunities.

• Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses for events and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure efficient setup and dismantling of promotional fixtures and spaces.

• Prepare reports, schedules, and post-event evaluations to track performance and effectiveness of campaigns.

• Conduct regular checks on the sales floor to ensure promotional displays and activities are executed to standard.

• Monitor and respond promptly to customer enquiries via the promotions mailbox.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
