Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in projects from planning through implementation, execution, and final handover.
  • Monitor the progress to ensure alignment with approved schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and incompliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor operational costs and take responsibility for project financial performance
  • Oversee procurement requirements and resource planning, ensuring adequate manpower, materials, and equipment are available to meet project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress, perform inspections, and promptly resolve quality and scheduling issues.
  • Review contract documents and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Support project lifecycle meetings, including kick-off, daily coordination, and closure meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, performance analyses, and budget updates for management review and decision-making.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing leadership, support, and direction to drive high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage issues related to delivery, manpower, scheduling, and payments.
  • Any other duties that assign from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
  • Registered with EMA license preferred.
  • Preferably with 8 -10 years relevant experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful, Proactive in solving client's issues
