Job Description

  • Communicating the demands and objectives of the project with clients
  • Assisting in the creation and planning of initiatives
  • Gathering information and research as required
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as creating estimates, meeting schedules, and so on
  • Monitoring and reporting on the development of the project
  • Visiting project sites to assess progress and address client complaints or inquiries
  • Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure the construction teams get the required supplies
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management or Architecture
  • 3-4 years of experience in project management within construction
  • Good in reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
  • Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
