Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
- Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations
Preferred candidates should preferably possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architectural, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in Interior Architectural projects and building projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
