Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager (Main Con)General Building exp

. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of construction projects

. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively

. Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

. Manage client relationships, effectively communicating project status and addressing any concerns

. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

What we're looking for

. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

. Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost management

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
