We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within our organisation. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Applicants with relevant experience but at a more junior level may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare project budget, to source suppliers and subcontractors, oversee and coordinate site activities of projects
- To develop design proposals with necessary calculation and compliance, to prepare and submit shop drawings and equipment/material for approval by Consultants and Architects
- To prepare and submit as-built drawings and operation maintenance manual, and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion
- To prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers during the execution of the project.
- To monitor and follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and variation claims till closing of final account
- To attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants & Main contractor.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant ACMV/HVAC experience in a local construction environment
- Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage
- Possess good knowledge and experience in engineering design for ACMV system
- Well-versed in the installation of ACMV equipment's chillers, AHU, VRV and split units and MV systems
- Able to lead independently with strong analytical, interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all parties
