Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. As an Assistant Project Manager / PMO Analyst, you will support project planning and execution, coordinate resources, and ensure project deliverables are met on time. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project data, providing regular progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with team members to track and optimize project portfolio performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Project Portfolio Management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and meet objectives.
  • Proficiency in Program Management and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives successfully.
  • Excellent Communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration and articulate project updates clearly.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying solutions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and fostering teamwork across various functions.
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and ability to manage concurrent priorities efficiently.
  • Prior experience in project management or environmental sustainability is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
