ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (PLUMBING AND SANITARY)

• Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing of plumbing and sanitary works.
• Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Able to lead and work closely with the project team
• Manage and plan manpower allocation
• Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
• Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

Degree in related trades.

Prior experience in HDB BTO/EC PROJECT-Plumbing & Sanitary Works will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently in a team environment.

BCSS and any other WSH related certificates.
