4. Procurement & Materials

  • Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and proper documentation (catalogues, datasheets, test reports).

  • Track inventory and ensure critical materials are available ahead of time.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Support the preparation of T&C procedures.

  • Assist with pressure testing, flushing, sequencing tests, and control system demonstrations.

  • Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training documents for client handover.

6. Documentation & Administration

  • Maintain updated project files, submissions, RFIs, progress reports, variation claims, and related records.

  • Prepare weekly progress updates for internal and client meetings.

  • Assist in aligning PM-Design-Accounts workflows (claims, variations, procurement, costing).

Technical Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

  • Experience in irrigation, plumbing, sanitary, or MEP works is an advantage.
