Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction project activities
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Support in managing project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Attend site meetings and assist in resolving project issues
  • Coordinate documentation, including permits, submissions, and reports
  • Track project timelines and highlight delays or risks proactively

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
