What you'll be doing
- Support the Project Manager in planning and executing end-to-end physical and virtual corporate events
- Assist in managing event executives and coordinators to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct research on event trends, technologies, and creative concepts to enhance client proposals
- Assist in ideating and conceptualising event experiences based on client briefs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project stages
- Oversee project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and workflow tracking
- Support budget monitoring and timeline management throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in onsite execution to ensure events are delivered seamlessly
Who we are looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an events agency or related field
- Experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong team player who enjoys collaboration and is eager to grow into a leadership role
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about the MICE industry
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented
