Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects deliverables
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, risks and compliance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standard.
- Manage change request, claims and project documentation.
- Source for new projects
- Compliance of Workplace, Safety and Health regulations (WSH)
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates
- Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and report variances
- Prepare bills of quantities (BQs), tender documentation, and cost breakdowns.
- Evaluate costing and tenders, negotiate costing and recommend awards.
- Certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Track project expenditures and billings.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in project management and quantity surveying
- Sound knowledge of cost management, contracts and tendering procedures
- Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team for project works
- Able to work and deliver under tight timeline and pressure.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
