You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of electronic systems/modules or subsystems across their full lifecycle. You will contribute to program planning, execution, logistics and sustainment planning, and post-delivery support, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer authorities. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring effective project delivery, operational readiness, and long-term customer support. You will also be responsible for other Projects that are assigned to you.
Be Part of Our Success
- Program & Project Management Support: Support the planning and execution of electronic systems/subsystems program, including coordination of schedules, tracking of deliverables, risk management plannings, monitoring and control, and ensuring alignments with contractual and customer requirements.
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Sustainment: Contribute to ILS planning and sustainment activities, including maintenance concepts, spares planning, and supportability considerations. Support the establishment and sustainment of in-country repair and maintenance capabilities throughout the operational life of the system.
- Supply & Post-Delivery Support: Support supply management activities, including coordination with vendors and internal teams. Provide post-delivery customer support to ensure timely resolution of logistics and technical issues and smooth transition into operational support.
- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Work closely with internal program teams and external authorities to support program execution. Prepare materials and inputs for project reviews, coordination meetings, and customer engagements, ensuring clear and accurate communication of program status.
- Technical & Systems Understanding: Apply working knowledge (but not limited to) of naval or complex electronic systems to support program decision-making, integration activities, and sustainment planning. Assist in assessing technical impacts on cost, schedule, and long-term support outcomes.
Qualities We Value
- Experience in project or program management within defence, air, land, naval, or complex engineering systems
- Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and maintenance concepts
- Familiarity with supply management and post-delivery customer support activities
- Ability to work across local and overseas multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
