Job Description

Salary: Basic $4,500 + Transport Allowance
Work Location: near HarbourFront MRT station
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:
. Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination for office and interior projects.
. Liaise with clients to ensure project progress aligns with cost, time and quality expectations.
. Coordinate with subcontractors on drawings, submissions, approvals, deliveries and completion matters.
. Monitor budgets and manage expenditure controls.
. Ensure compliance with relevant contractual requirements and industry standards.
. Manage site operations, coordination and safety meetings.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree holders with at least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination, ideally within interior or architectural works
. Knowledge of design drawings and technical documentation
. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
