Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project engineers and cross-functional trades to coordinate reporting and scheduling, ensuring timely project progress and alignment with overall construction timelines
  • Review civil and structural (C&S) drawings for accuracy and completeness to support construction activities, identifying and resolving discrepancies to prevent delays and rework
  • Conduct detailed site inspections to monitor construction quality, compliance with design specifications, and safety standards, providing actionable feedback to project teams
  • Plan and manage material procurement and logistics to optimize resource availability and minimize project downtime


Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a degree in civil engineering recognized by BCA
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in commercial, building, and civil engineering projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Exhibit a positive, mature, and self-motivated attitude conducive to autonomous problem-solving and effective team collaboration
