Job Summary
Support project planning and execution by coordinating site operations, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing technical submissions, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to achieve timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing project activities to meet schedule and quality targets
- Coordinate daily site operations and manage subcontractor work to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and report delays promptly to enable timely corrective actions
- Ensure work quality complies with project specifications and standards
- Support implementation and enforcement of safety regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment
- Follow up on technical submissions and approvals to maintain project compliance and documentation
- Attend project meetings and track action items to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- Assist in managing variation work and cost control to support budget adherence
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and collaboration
- Support project completion and handover processes to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction
