Job Description

  1. A Bachelor's degree is almost always required. Common fields include Business, Engineering, or Management.
  2. Most mid-level roles require 3-4 years of experience in project management. Senior roles may demand 6+ years.
  3. Holding a construction management certification is a major advantage.
  4. The ability to manage relationships between internal teams, external vendors, and clients is a critical soft skill in the local market.
  5. You must be able to create realistic budgets, monitor spending, and ensure the project remains financially viable.
  6. Skills in identifying potential risks early and developing contingency plans to prevent project delays.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication is vital for presenting reports to senior management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  8. Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards (especially in construction), and industry-specific policies in Singapore.
  9. Provide high-level administrative and technical assistance to the Project Manager throughout all project phases, from inception to completion.
  10. Partner closely with the operations team to synchronize site activities with office objectives, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
  11. Demonstrated ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  12. Manage both administrative office tasks and on-site operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for the Director and stakeholders to facilitate smooth internal communications and operational flow.
