Assistant Project Manager (2 years contract/ Healthcare/ Renovation)

Responsibilities

. Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation projects

. Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services

. Oversee project delivery: budget/schedule preparation, contractor management, quality control, and related activities

. Develop project governance policies and processes

. Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree and any discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience

. Project Manager with 2-4+ years experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities. Public sector experience is an advantage.

. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development.

. Ability to understand and administer PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts.

. Healthcare/clinical operations background is an advantage

. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
