1. Responsible to plan and deliver the project under his/her charge, which shall include but not limited to the following:
- Review shop drawings and preparation of as-built drawing, with designers, Work with EPLAN.
- Ensuring all cabling and installation works are done correctly to design schematics by installation team.
- Checking the Technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries.
- Need to maintain the record for project delay.
- Inspection of work carried out in M&E.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for CCTV and card access system installations.
- Project Schedule - to plan, monitor and control the schedule so as to complete project in time. Any delay due to other trades shall be documented to protect SKK's interest.
- Project Safety Management - To ensure Zero Accident in the working environment.
- Non-conformance Management aspect - to ensure any non-conformance issue be in control and/or well managed to its lowest if not the zero level.
- Quality aspect - to ensure high quality standard in all aspects particularly on the installation and documentation works.
- Project Manpower Planning - to forecast the manpower loading with the right skill and review regularly.
- Project Submittal - to submit and obtain approval.
- Work closely with internal team (production, logistic, QC, service etc.) on project schedule and deliveries, FAT, SAT, and modification work.
2. Candidates must be prepared to work on Shift/Weekends and Public Holidays.
3. Prepared to travel frequently to India to handle our overseas projects.
4. Preference with valid Driving Licence
