- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.15pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $3500 + Variable Bonus (VB) + Completion Bonus

Responsibility
- Operational Oversight - Direct and manage daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Supervision - Lead and allocate tasks for installation, commissioning, adjustments, and equipment handovers.
- Progress Control - Monitor project milestones, enforce standards, and implement corrective measures when issues arise.
- Interdepartmental Coordination - Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Procurement teams to align schedules and resolve material shortages.
- Safety Enforcement - Carry out site safety checks, ensure compliance with workplace regulations, and uphold environmental standards.
- Process Improvement - Support the creation of work instructions, maintain technical manuals, and manage documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Skilled in coordinating site activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
