- Lead and manage MEP projects and facilities maintenance projects from planning to completion.
- Provide direction to Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
- Develop project plans, manpower requirements, resources, and work priorities.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, operations, commercial, and administrative teams.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, manpower, and work schedules.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues to prevent delays.
- Maintain high standards of quality and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Enforce workplace safety requirements and safe site practices.
- Identify and manage project, commercial, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in MEP project delivery, engineering operations, or construction management.
- Minimum 8 years in senior management/director-level roles.
