  • This position is forLee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
  • Programme & Academic Administration
    • Manage end-to-end student lifecycle processes, from matriculation to graduation
    • Coordinate onboarding activities, academic calendars, programme schedules, and dissertation milestones.
    • Oversee academic administration, including course setup, registration, records management, and workshop logistics.
    • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of classes, workshops, and programme activities.
    • Manage programme budgets, forecasting, student financial matters, and instructor payment processes.
    • Support accreditation and compliance-related activities.
    • Serve as a primary liaison for students, faculty, Academic Directors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Coordinate student engagement initiatives, including orientation, networking events, and programme milestones.
  • Support Team on Grading & Academic Processes
    • Support the PD Team in the administration and oversight of grading processes across programmes and workshops.
    • Manage grading timelines, communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely submission by instructors and students.
    • Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of grade submissions in accordance with academic policies.
    • Address discrepancies and ensure adherence to grading standards and guidelines
    • Maintain clear documentation of grading processes for reporting and quality assurance.
    • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support academic monitoring, decision-making, and compliance requirements.
  • Systems & Process Management
    • Administer academic processes within institutional systems, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Manage system-based operations, including student enrolment, course registration, grading, and academic records.
    • Update and maintain student and programme records as required.
    • Monitor system workflows to identify bottlenecks, errors, or inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency through best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve system-related issues and optimise functionality.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
    • Support special projects, events and initiatives that align with the programme's long-term goal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) will be advantageous.
  • Strong operational and systems management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in academic and grading processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in AI Tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and video conferencing tools
    • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and weekday evenings when required.
  • A proactive, independent team player with flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
