- Position : Assistant Production Manager (Precision Manufacturing / Jewellery)
- Location : Loyang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules from raw materials to finished goods
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels (including precious materials) and support stock control and reconciliation
- Track production costs, manpower utilisation, and overtime to support cost control initiatives
- Support equipment maintenance activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO9001 requirements, and workplace safety (WSH) practices
- Drive process improvements through SOP adherence, workflow optimisation, and basic lean initiatives
- Supervise production staff on daily operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and discipline
- Prepare production reports and support management with data analysis and operational insights
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain / Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / production environment
- Exposure to precision engineering or jewellery production is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and shopfloor operations
- Familiar with ISO standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement concepts
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
