Assistant production manager

Manage and supervise all production activities at the assigned yard.

Oversee cut and bend operations and steel fabrication services to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Monitor and track steel stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and accurate inventory records.

Work closely with other managers and stakeholders to define objectives, clarify requirements and support operational alignment.

Prepare cost estimates, assist in budget planning and monitor production expenses.

Plan, organize and optimize workflow to meet production schedules, quality standards and project deadlines.

Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, safety and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and organizational policies.
