Join a fast-growing food manufacturing operation where you will take a key leadership role in driving daily production performance, product quality, and food safety compliance.
Reporting to the Production Manager and Business Owner, you will oversee on-the-ground production activities and ensure smooth coordination across processes including cutting, washing, sorting, packing, and labelling. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient workflow, optimal manpower deployment, reduced wastage, and timely order fulfilment.
This role requires a strong hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is confident in making operational decisions on the floor. You will work closely with QA/QC teams to uphold strict food safety standards (FSSC/ISO), resolve quality issues, and ensure consistent compliance with hygiene and regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding production staff, reinforcing SOP adherence, improving team discipline, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will contribute to process optimisation, cost control, inventory coordination, and equipment uptime management.

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am-12:30pm
Key Requirements:
Experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000 / ISO)
Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
