Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing all procurement services and payments in a timely manner
  • Preparing production budget and cost tracking
  • Liaising with fixers, freelance cameraman and other crew for admin matters, including vendor creation, Service Agreement, invoicing and payment
  • Identifying, sourcing and casting suitable contributors / talents for documentary and programme segments
  • Developing look books and overseeing styling direction for hosts and talents, including fittings and wardrobe coordination
  • Coordinating booking of key personnel, studios, equipment and external vendors/services
  • Providing post-production support, including footage wrangling, ingestion, logging and transcription
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Driving continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules and deliveries for factual or high-end documentary productions
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across editorial, production, post-production, legal, and finance teams.
  • A good team player as the job requires close coordination with producers, assistant producers, as well as others in the production team.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, and a working knowledge of production and post-production tools.
