Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture silver paste, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable machine performance.
- Perform routine quality inspections, analyze production and quality data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Support production operations by preparing materials, performing machine setup and changeovers, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing manufacturing processes, workflow, equipment layout, and supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production line transfers.
- Provide manufacturing and quality engineering support to internal R&D teams and global customers, maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
